• Valet service will be available in Dukes Hotel, don’t forget your car ticket validated at our water sports facility.
• To do only the activity, Dukes facilities will not be allowed to use I.e pool, beach sunbed & umbrella.
• Lockers will be available for your valuables.
• DSLR cameras are not allowed as per Hotel policy.
• Please be in our location a minimum of 10 minutes before your desired time.
• We have a strict company policy that if guests are late or do not show up, there would be no refunds or rescheduling.

• Activities that are marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
• Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
• Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the alrahhalatravels.com website.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
